- Unregulated pharmaceuticals or medical devices

2.3 Adult and Explicit Content
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content
- Adult services of any kind
- Content involving minors in any inappropriate context
- Escort or dating services
2.4 Fraudulent or Deceptive Items
- Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing scams
- Get-rich-quick schemes
- Fake certifications, degrees, or documents
- Services promising illegal outcomes (hacking, fake reviews, etc.)
- Misleading health claims or miracle cures
2.5 Financial Restrictions
- Cryptocurrency exchange services (without proper licensing)
- Money laundering services
- Unlicensed financial services
- Gift card reselling at inflated prices
3. Prohibited Activities
3.1 Fraudulent Behavior
Fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
- Misrepresenting products or services
- Using fake images or stolen product photos
- Non-delivery of goods after payment
- Creating fake reviews or ratings
- Impersonating other businesses or individuals
- Phishing or collecting user data deceptively
3.2 Platform Abuse
- Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions
- Using automated tools to scrape or spam
- Attempting to manipulate our systems or rankings
- Circumventing security measures
- Interfering with other users' storefronts
3.3 Harassment and Abuse
- Threatening or harassing other users
- Posting hate speech or discriminatory content
- Doxxing or sharing others' personal information
- Defamatory statements about competitors
4. Content Guidelines
4.1 Product Listings
All product listings must:
- Accurately describe the item being sold
- Use genuine images of the actual product
- Display accurate pricing (no hidden fees)
- Include relevant warnings or disclaimers
- Not contain misleading or false claims
4.2 Business Information
- Business names must not impersonate other brands
- Contact information must be valid and reachable
- Location information must be accurate
- Claims of certifications or affiliations must be verifiable
5. Regional Compliance
Sellers must comply with all applicable laws in their operating region and the regions they sell to. This includes:
- Consumer protection laws
- Tax obligations and VAT requirements
- Import/export restrictions
- Data protection and privacy laws (NDPR, GDPR, etc.)
- Industry-specific regulations
6. Enforcement
6.1 Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it through our reporting system. We take all reports seriously and investigate them promptly.
6.2 Consequences
Violations may result in:
- Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a warning
- Content Removal: Offending listings will be removed
- Temporary Suspension: Account may be suspended pending review
- Permanent Ban: Serious violations result in permanent removal
- Legal Action: Illegal activities will be reported to authorities
6.3 Appeals
If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may appeal by contacting us at appeals@doam.online. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as needed. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of DOAM after changes constitutes acceptance.
