How do I get started?
Click "Activate Your Business" on the homepage. You'll answer a few questions about your business, pay the activation fee, and we'll generate everything you need to start selling.
How do payments work?
We never touch your money. When customers want to pay, they transfer directly to your bank account. DOAM just helps you display your payment details professionally.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard settings under the Subscription tab. After cancellation, your storefront stays visible for 3 days, then becomes hidden. Your data is preserved for 90 days in case you want to reactivate. The same applies if your subscription expires and you don't renew.
What if I need a refund?
Refunds may be considered within 7 days of your first subscription if you haven't published products or used AI credits (logo/bio generation). Contact hello@doam.online with your account details. See our Terms of Service for full refund policy. Terms of Service
